I think niche blogging is really the only way to go… It gets a very specific market of people to follow your blog and helps them learn a topic really deeply. If it’s too vague, you might get a lot of one timers stopping by but not as many continuous followers.

Well, the company I work for has a robust network of sites that help bloggers make money. Two of the core sites are:

For both of these sites, in order to make money you must already have existing blogs. But there’s a great opportunity for you to make some decent money. Full disclosure is required on the part of the blogger, so it’s legit.

It is true that you can make money from blogging. However, it is much more difficult than people make it out to be.

I have recently quit my job to make a full-time attempt at blogging and so far it is taking off nicely. However, it may be awhile before I actually make a decent income.

The easiest way of making money with your blog is with Google Adsense.
If you already have a gmail account you can use that to sign up for Adsense. If you are using your own domain with wordpress.org for your blog there are loads of plugins to download to add Adsense to your blog.

To make big money you could also open an affiliate account with Clickbank or Amazon and advertise their products related to your blog.

you can start your own free blogging, the thing with blogs is that you have to blog about something you like and you gotta keep writing even when nobody shows up. It is all about content and the more content the more google will pick up and then people will start to show but you gotta keep on it and keep writing. Usually people give up about a week into it.
